In addition to our standard hours we offer extended opening hours for pre booked appointments and telephone appointments with Nurses and GPs evenings and Saturday mornings.
Please note not every GP or Nurse is available every week.
These appointments are ideally designed for people who have problems seeing their doctors during normal working hours, e.g. commuters.
Please ask reception about when your GP or Nurse is available.
Out of hours GP services are provided by Harmoni and South East Ambulance Service ring 111.
If you need urgent medical advice or treatment when the surgeries are closed, please telephone 111. This service is commissioned by Horsham and Mid Sussex CCG.
Please note that NHS Direct has now been replaced by the 111 service.
Please do not ask to see a doctor out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Call 999 in an emergency. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
