Smoking is the single largest preventable cause of ill health in this country. It is a major cause of cancer, heart attacks, angina and chest diseases.

- Are you available for regular monitoring and support?
If so, individual help by trained practice nurses can be arranged on most days but must be booked in advance. Advice and information is available on nicotine replacement therapy and drug therapies.
